This lovely little plant captivated me and I had the urge to paint it just as it was.

Unlike most of my paintings, this doesn’t have another image imbedded. It was wonderful to get back to the simple joy of mixing paint and feeling lost in the different shades of green. I hope that joy shows through when you look at it.
