I felt as though my creativity was re-emerging which, after worrying that it wouldn’t return, was a nice cool salve on my soul. This painting is the second after my emotional hiatus.

The title "Ontogenesis" seems like the absolutely perfect description of my organic growth. Hopefully, looking forward, my artwork will continue to evolve.
